 Items donated by riders will be sent to the troops as a part TMF's Care Package Drive. Below is a list of items most needed and known to be appreciated by the troops. Please bring at least one item, or a small box of items with you to the ride.

- Foot Powder
- Anti-Fungal Foot Cream

Notice to Riders. The Tennessee Marine Family is grateful for all those who participate in this ride. We want all riders to have a pleasant and safe experience, which includes keeping paperwork and similar items to a minimum.
If you participate in the Tennessee Fallen Heroes Memorial Ride, please be sure that you show up with a full tank of gas and that the following is true in your case:
- You are riding on a motorcycle that is street legal, in sound mechanical condition, and capable of traveling standard road speeds at least comparable to the average car.
- You are properly licensed to operate a motor driven cycle
- You and any passenger wear a DOT approved helmet. Other protective gear is recommended, even if not required by law.
- You have adequate liability insurance to cover yourself and any passenger
- You are experienced enough and/or knowledgeable enough to ride in a large group with other riders and will maintain the overall speed and structure of the group.
- You understand and accept all risks associated with operating a motorcycle within this type of riding environment and neither you nor any passenger will hold the Tennessee Marine Family, New Heart Christian Church, or any other businesses or volunteers associated with this event responsible in the event of injury or death during the course of this ride.
The organizers of the Tennessee Fallen Heroes Memorial Ride will not be verifying the above items on the day of the event. We will, however, require all riders and passengers to sign a waiver. You may sign this waiver the day of the ride or you may download the waiver and bring a signed copy with you. Signing in advance will save time the day of the ride.
